    JOB DESCRIPTION

    -Originar la estrategia que garantice el cumplimiento de los indicadores de efectividad del proceso de atracción de talento
    -Coordinar el proceso de Reclutamiento, Selección y Contratación de acuerdo a los requerimientos legales y de sistema vigentes.
    -Solventar auditorías internas y externas realizadas sobre los procesos de reclutamiento y selección, de personal.
    -Mantener la administración de la fuentes de atracción de talento
