Responsabilities:


  • Prioritization of daily, weekly, monthly, quarterly, and annual tasks of the administrative support team
  • Responsible for managing a team of administrators for automation financial software
  • Responsible for supervising an administrator for external customers of Commercial Credit business unit
  • Participate in meetings (as needed) with bot developers and business customers to analyze customer requirements and clarify technology needs for project proposals

Education and or experience

REQUIRED:


  • Bachelor's degree in Information Technology or Computer Science
  • Minimum 7 years' work experience in successful implementation of process improvement initiatives
  • Minimum 3 years' experience leading a small to midsize team in a fastpaced environment
  • Project Management and Database Management experience
  • Demonstrated experience as an organizational leader of process excellence
  • Advanced experience with Visio, SharePoint 365, and SQL
  • Bilingual in Spanish & English (verbal & written)

  • Master's degree in Information Technology or Computer Science
  • Experience with Trintech products: ReconNET and Certification
  • Advanced experience with Rocket Shuttle

11. Develop KPIs to be tracked in SharePoint 365 for real-time monitoring in order to measure the administrative team's productivity and monitor the detailed status of our servers in the production environment and the development environment
