Our Mexico affiliate is looking for a talented Value Communication Manager.- We invite you to join Novo Nordisk México, a successful affiliate and market leader that is focused on improving the quality of the life of people with Diabetes, Obesity, Hemophilia and Growth Hormone Disorders.


The position:


  • Responsible for driving analysis and implementation of the local strategy for Value Communication and HE for the affiliate in line with local business priorities.
Provide support to the field in access processes and value messages delivery
Responsibilities:


  • Develop and monitor intelligence on the market access landscape in the affiliate with respect to NN and competition access, healthcare system changes, HTA developments and general trends in the field.
  • Implement and execute strategic Market Access frameworks such as payer engagement, negotiation and objection handler in close collaboration with IO/BA.
  • Collaborate closely with BU's and critical functional areas in affiliate (Marketing, CMR, and Business Development) to drive aligned actions and tactics for local Market Access.
  • Communicate local Health Economics evidence and Value Communication ́s propositions to create tailored local value messages that resonate with local patients, payers, health care providers and other decisionmakers.
  • Collaborate in the development of local Health Economics Communication Tools to ensure Novo Nordisk drug's value proposition will be recognized and hence local market uptake will be maximized.

Requirements:


  • Graduate degree in Health or similar
  • 3+ years of experience in the pharma industry within Public market
  • Knowledge gained by commercial, business, medical position with key stakeholder experience (KOL & KDM) and ability to work within a cross functional team
  • Direct experience required in at least Health Economics and Brand Value Communications.
  • Experience in building relationships/networks with health care decision makers (governments, payers, insurers, policy makers KOLs etc.)
  • Experience in effectively and persuasively articulating complex issues to key decision makers
  • Intermediateadvanced level of English
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
