Long-term work from home employment opportunity We are looking for someone who's a wizard with details and loves to keep things organized without stepping into the spotlight.

Key responsibilities:

  • Assist in the preparation of regularly scheduled reports using advanced Excel functions.
  • Handle bookkeeping responsibilities including managing accounts receivable and payable, preparing budgets, and maintaining accurate financial records.
  • Coordinate office management activities to ensure maximum efficiency.
  • Provide general administrative support

Requirements:


  • Proven experience as an administrative assistant or in a similar role.
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP, Macros, etc.).
  • Experience with bookkeeping and basic accounting principles.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills.
This is a full time virtual position (work from home). Training will be provided and we offer medical insurance reimbursement.


Pay:
From $90.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
