Your Profile

Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience as industrial, electrical, mechanical, electromechanical, electronical eng.

- (+8 years) of overall experience on quality factory production, manufacturing, assembly on Distribution Power Transformers
- (3+ years) in evaluation of quality process, as well know of manufacturing process, applies quality methodologies of 8'D, 5'D, Hoshim Kanri (7 step
- process)

Technical Knowledge that implements audit quality program growing visibility, efficiency of QM audits (including certification audits where applicable) to create the best business performance.
English at professional working proficiency level.
Willingness to travel domestically and internationally up to 20 % of time.
Good communication

Your Responsibilities:

Reviewing our manufacturing specifications to identify materials needed for production.
Researching, sourcing, and assessing the best vendors to supply the necessary materials.
Visiting vendor facilities and observing the manufacturing environment to review and assess their procedures.
Performing regular quality control audits to ensure vendors continue to work in compliance with company and federal standards.
Reviewing incoming supplies and products from vendors to check for defects and ensure quality.
Maintaining detailed reports on supplier quality, including defect rates and areas that result in flaws.
Providing technical advice and guidance to suppliers to reduce defect rates.
Serving as a liaison between our company's senior management and the vendors to identify quality issues and come up with solutions.
Coordinate and supervise quality topics in vendors operation quality management system, EHS policies and certifications, ensuring quality of manufacturing process, raw quality material, dispatch of final product.
Ensure the quality customer requirements and specifications.
Audits support for internals/suppliers; ensuring raw material supplying, according to quality standards and customer requirements; as well applies quality systems, equipment, tools and methods at Inspection process.
KPI's reporting of NCR. NCC, Deliveries, Cost impact, risk mitigations and costs recovery affectations
Elaborate quality process to comply the final products with highquality standards that qualified, routine and nonroutine Quality tasks.

The manufacturing manager has the main objective to produce the best Dry Type Distribution Transformers with safely, cost-effectively and delivery on time and that they meet the required high-quality standards.
