As a
Research & Development Manager based at our Querétaro plant you will play a key roll to develop and maintain Kellogg ́s portfolio in Salty Snacks Category


The main objective is to develop and launch new food products in the market under the Kellogg ́s brands, while optimizing and/or improving the existing portfolio.


HERE'S A TASTE OF WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING

  • Development of food products (formula), in special in the category of Salty Snacks (extruded snacks, salty and flavored potato and/or potatobased chips
  • Technical leadership of innovation and renovation projects
  • Planning and Execution of plant trials
  • Contact with suppliers and external partners
  • Process development (in special for Salty Snacks category)
  • Factory support and troubleshooting.
  • Support to cost optimization programmes

YOUR RECIPE FOR SUCCESS

  • Degree in Food or Chemical engineering, or Food Science & Technology, or Chemistry.
  • Previous knowledge of the R&D function and innovation process.
  • Skills in product development, specifically in salty snacks food, such as extruded/puffed snacks, potato chips and other seasoned snacks
  • Skills in food processing and process developent
  • Project management
  • Previous experience in relating with critical interfaces such as marketing, SC (procument, manufacturing, engineering) and suppliers.
  • English: Advanced
