About the Job


We are looking for a driven, independent, highly-organized Director for Lead Generation to help grow and scale our real estate business.

We're looking for someone who likes to learn, takes the initiative, and knows how to problem-solve.
SALES EXPERIENCE IS A MUST.

You should be a quick learner, because we are always evolving.

A team player, because working alone can get lonely.


An integrator so that all the pieces will fit together smoothly and a delegator so that everyone can do their job better in the end.


We're looking for someone with a can-do attitude who is comfortable meeting tight deadlines and working in the fast-paced, high-energy environment.


Working with us means you'll:


  • Be an extension of the CEO you will be working with, both professional and friendly
  • Be a "gatekeeper" when needed, without making people feel unimportant
  • Provide daytoday administrative and operational support to Lead Agent.
  • Manage complex calendars, current projects, customer fire drills and various project needs.
  • Organize internal and external meetings
  • Lead and provide support and follow up on various businesses and special projects as assigned which touch on a broad range of topics.
  • Conduct, research and create reports and/or presentations.

What will you do?
These are the standards a well-above-average performer will maintain or exceed:

  • The
    Director of Lead Generation increases the number and quality of leads.
  • Serves as the leader in new lead generation campaigns while increasing the efficiency of existing campaigns.
  • Manages the brand and all sales locations.
  • Runs the outside sales department, expanding the database.
  • Runs the inside sales department, qualifying leads and creating appointments.
  • Creates standards and develops metrics to hold others accountable.
  • Creates and manages lead generation training for the entire system.
  • Manage Team of Inside Sales Agents
  • Sends Daily Report of the Inside Sales Agents Performance
  • Coach and Develop the Inside Sales Agent Team

$22, $25,000.00 per month
