Responsibilities:


What will you be doing?

  • Manage data reports and ensure delivery of metric reports across forums
  • Program management
  • Continuously review and improve Best Practices for agile at PepsiCo
  • Manage content on the Teams/SharePoint multiple site and web portals for Agile and DevSecOps COE
  • Engages with multiple sector teams to understand their needs for training and coaching
  • Manage the training schedule for SAFe and Azure DevOps, taking into account global holiday schedule and training needs
  • Work within the Agile Community of Practice to improve the processes
  • Participate in key forums like Agile & DevSecOps COE, LACE, CoP's
  • Collaborate with teams to set clear outcomes from these sessions
  • Engage with other Agile coaches and Agile & DevSecOps COE for continuous improvement and ongoing learning, and to identify broader organizational needs
  • Administer SAFe and Azure boards enrollment and registration

Qualifications:

Who are we looking for?

  • Bachelor's Degree
  • Excel Pivot Tables and Data Skills required
  • Problems Solving
  • Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe) Admin training is a plus (Will train if necessary)
  • Demonstrate Change Management enablement skills
  • Proficiency in Teams, Excel, SharePoint, PowerPoint, Word and OneNote for documenting and training management
  • Ability to drive consensus among leadership, managers and team members when meeting for requirements, governance issues, and best practice discussions
