    About the role

    The IT BI Reporting Analyst is responsible for the delivery of operational reports, tools and analytics to business stakeholders' primarily in Mexico and occasionally in other Latin American Countries.

    Location: Monterrey, MX

    What you need

  • Bachelor's degree required in Computer Science, Informatics, Economics, Actuary or related fields.
  • Fluent in Spanish and English. (Portuguese is desirable).
  • Experience in Automotive Financial sector is a plus.
  • Basic knowledge of statistics.
  • Availability to travel internationally for business purposes.
  • Prior reporting or analytics experience.
  • Experience with one or more of the following tools: SQL, R, Python, WPS or SAS.
  • Microsoft Office Advanced Proficiency: Excel (Macros), Access (Desirable), Power Point.
  • Effective communication skills in both written and spoken format.
  • Ability to quickly learn new applications, processes, and procedures.
  • High organizational skills.
  • Proficient analytical skills.
  • What you will be doing

  • Ensure the timely and accurate generation of regular (daily, weekly and monthly) and ad hoc reporting, with consistency and standardization across all countries in scope.
  • Develop new reports and make additional changes as and when required.
  • Proactively deliver insights to drive improvements in performance and help the business hit their strategic objectives. Provide with trends and forecasts.
  • Maintain controls and documentation of reporting procedures.
  • Perform other ad hoc duties in support of analysis and reporting that need innovation.
  • Supports reporting and analytics requirements through ticketing system.
  • Provide training on BI tools to business users.
