- Seguimiento del programa de Interns (7Eleven - CS ICONN) - Seguimiento a interns activos (procesos de RyS, aseguramiento de herramientas de trabajo para su ingreso, inducción para Interns, becas semanales)
- Aseguramiento del proceso de RyS (Seguimiento con área de atracción de talento para continuidad de procesos de reclutamiento de posiciones vacantes en las estructuras).
- Seguimiento y aseguramiento de becas de interns (Análisis de becas semanales, revisión de pólizas / contratos de practicas a actualizar, altas, bajas de interns)
- Participación activa con área de planeación de talento con eventos para Interns (Bienvenidas, sesiones de seguimiento, graduaciónes, etc.)
- Apoyo a Lider de Recursos Humanos con solicitud de herramientas de trabajo para nuevos ingresos de empleados.
- Seguimiento / Avance de vacantes con jefes de vacantes / Lider de RH y atracción de talento.
