    Vials Manager Job Description

    As a Vials Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring compliance with operational and budgetary goals in manufacturing processes. This includes guaranteeing the execution of maintenance programs, order changes, and cleaning routines.

    You will supervise the availability of tools and measurement systems, promote continuous certification of the operating team, and manage vacation administration in accordance with labor law.

    Maintaining effective communication with service areas and suppliers is crucial to ensure timely supply of inputs. You will also actively participate in safety programs, emergency brigades, and root cause analysis for continuous improvement and customer satisfaction.

    Your goal is to drive improvements in the integral management system and allocate necessary resources to ensure a safe, ergonomic, and collaborative work environment.

    Requirements:

    1. At least 10 years of experience in a similar role.
    2. Results-oriented approach with focus on Key Performance Indicators (KPIs): PS, UDT, JC, OEE.
    3. Safety priority is essential.
    4. Leading the integration of management systems such as ISO 9001, 15378, 45001, and 14001.
    5. Management of 5S standards is required.
    6. Strong leadership, teamwork, service attitude, and ability to work under pressure are necessary.
    7. Applying improvement methodologies and tools like SMED, TPM, etc. is expected.
    8. Expertise in lean manufacturing is required.
    9. Knowledge of Six Sigma methodology is an advantage.
    10. Valid visa and passport are mandatory.
    11. Advanced English proficiency is required.
