Procurement and Contracting Manager:

Currently, we are looking for a Procurement Supervisor.

Responsibilities:

Strategy

Responsible for centralize and execute all procurement requirements of both goods and services
Ensure compliance regarding to quality, quantity and deadlines for goods and services
Following Yara Procurement Directive and the Global Operating Model
Ensure the Authorization Matrix compliance
Comply with Yara IDD and Anticorruption practices.

Business Performance

Develop a framework (process and KPI's) to monitor and measure procurement activities (including cost, customer satisfaction levels, supplier reliability, etc.).
Develop a procurement tactics and lead local negotiations with suppliers, to meet Solped requirements.
Adopt all Procurement Process and Procedures for the respective BU, and disseminate such procedures to all employees to ensure alignment (including Authorization matrix).
Set and achieve standardized KPIs
Lead and share evaluation of all suppliers

Optimization

Analysis of suppliers to select the best option in terms of transparency, support and cost of ownership.
Research of Suppliers information in order to comply with the due diligence process as defined by Yara. Provide the Yara Conduct Code to all Suppliers.
Ensure effective deliveries on time through working with internal customers and suppliers.
Follow best practices to inform Yara financial and controlling department about orders to pay.
Use the defined communication channels with Stakeholders involved in the process, keeping them duly informed about services, deliveries and/or entries, etc.
Align all financial commitments and payables with financial function. Set Service Orders in ERP system according to the negotiated rates and payment terms.

Profile:

Bachelor degree in Industrial Engineering, Economy, Business Administration or other relevant disciplines
3 years of Procurement experience. Other backgrounds (e.g. Finance, Consulting, Legal, Supply Chain,/Logistics) will also be considered.

Negotiation skills.
Ability to influence up and across the organization.
Procurement planning.
Relationship management with suppliers.
Ability to communicate clearly.
Writing and spoken communications.

SAP Modules:
MM = Material Module
Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint)
