Bilingual Agent / Customer Service Representative


Job Offer:

  • Direct hiring.
  • Schedules: Shifts available from 08:00 16:00 and 02:00 am. 10:00 am.
  • Base salary: from $12,500 MXN (before taxes) during the first 3 months + $1,400 MXN in food coupons + 1 day off a week + Law Benefits.
  • After the 3rd month base salary: $13,900 MXN (before taxes) + $1,400 MXN in food coupons + $2,000 MXN in bonus + Life insurance + Major medical expenses insurance + Saving fund + 1 additional day off every two weeks.

  • On site operations.

Roles:

  • Handle of inbound calls and as well as various member services inquiries and transactions by actively listening to customers calling.
  • Develop an extensive and solid knowledge of our products in order to provide timely and accurate information to our customers.
  • Achieve individual quality and productivity targets and contribute to overall team KPI's.

Requirements:


  • Bachelor's degree or High School degree
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Customer service oriented.
  • Advanced English (written and spoken level).
  • Experience in Customer Service / Contact Center / or related is a plus.
