Division Overview

Hubbell Power Systems (HPS) engages in the design and manufacture of a wide variety of products used by utilities.

Today, HPS is deeply engaged in product solutions for OSP Communication utility purposes, and has been actively growing that segment of the business.

HPS roots have historically been in high voltage transmission, distribution, substation, underground products used by electric utilities. HPS products are also used in the civil construction, transportation, gas and water industries.

At HPS, we build products that provide mission critical infrastructure and that deliver communications and power to millions of people worldwide.

Position Overview:

Responsable de cumplir el programa de producción del área a cargo, manteniendo condiciones de seguridad, higiene, orden y disciplina, asegurando un flujo continuo con los demás departamentos de fabricación, a fin de garantizar se cumpla con los términos de calidad, costo y tiempos de entrega establecidos

Skills and Experience:

Ingeniero industrial titulado o afín.
Experiência de 3 años como supervisor de producción
Experiência en manejo de personal operativo, haber tenido a cargo más de 50 operadores.
Experiência en el uso e implementación de herramientas de manufactura.
Seguimiento y control, para asegurar que se cumplan con los programas.
Liderazgo, para dirigir al grupo de trabajo y modificar el modelo de trabajo
Disciplina, implementar una cultura de trabajo basada en el orden, cumplimiento, respeto
