Key Responsibilities:
- Handle inbound calls from customers, addressing inquiries, providing assistance, and resolving issues promptly and professionally.
- Make outbound calls to prospects, promoting products or services, and achieving sales targets through effective communication and persuasion techniques.
- Maintain accurate records of interactions, update customer information, and follow established procedures and guidelines.
Requirements:
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Strong interpersonal skills and ability to build rapport with customers.
- Demonstrated ability to multitask and prioritize in a fastpaced environment.
- Previous experience in a call center or customer service role is preferred but not required.
- Willingness to learn and adapt to new processes and technologies.
