Fiscal and Legal Consulting, Auditing, and Family Business.


The Business Development Manager will take strategic direction from our CEO and help us scale and collaborate directly with a cross-function organization.

This position is a key player for growth and company's expansion.

What you will do:_

  • Create a team and develop it to search for opportunities in the market (Prospecting).
  • Commercial management of the firm (Strategic planning and establishment of objectives to achieve competitive sales).
  • Quality control (Detect the needs of the existing and new client to determine how they can be satisfied).
  • Identify partnership opportunities.
  • Develop new relationships in an effort to grow business and help company expand.
  • Maintain existing business and account managing
  • Think critically when planning to assure project success.
  • Research and find opportunities in the industry so that the organization grow and expand successfully.
  • Strong attention to detail and superior analytical, technical, and problemsolving skills.
  • Conduct business analysis to improve sales performance and understand customer needs.
  • Make business decisions by locating and analyzing sales trend, new products, service areas and potential business opportunities.
  • Maintain a C and operational level of relationships.

Your knowledge, skills, and abilities:_

  • 6+ years of experience in Business Development, B2B Sales or similar in professional services and/or consulting environment
  • Bachelors degree in Business, Administration or related field
  • Strong customerorientated attitude, selfmotived, detailed oriented, positive personality with aggressive attitude, well organized, and is able to work under pressure and in different time zones.
  • Effective, clear, and charismatic presentation skills.
  • Highly collaborative, strong listening and interpersonal skills.
  • Solutionbased sales experience is an added advantage.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Advanced level of English language proficiency.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Great selfmanagement skills and goal oriented
