Join our global TUI Musement Operations & Delivery Team in Cancun as Port Delivery Team Leader.

You will be responsible for running smooth Port Operations (Turnaround & Shorex) overseeing service delivery, equipment and personnel management, and all related logistics in the ports of Mexico.

ABOUT THE JOB

Manage and follow up with tour and transportation suppliers to ensure efficient and quality Turnaround & Shorex processes at the ports including constant collaboration and coordination between team members.
Ensure the right level of resources to carry out operations and manage with suppliers the needs of each operation.
Responsible for developing and maintaining excellent communication with cruisers and both internal and external stakeholders, including Port Authorities.
Work closely with dock management and port authorities to ensure safe and secure services.
Monitor and manage operational incidents at the ports and ensure that they do not impact the operations.
Ensure that operational changes at the dock are managed in detail and that suppliers receive last minute changes or requests.
Quote last minute vessel requests with the commercial manager and ensure that all services are planned as requested.
Maintain constant communication with the cruise line for any increases and decreases in allotments and changes to the operation are carried out safely and securely.
Important to follow the safety protocols to give security to our clients in the activities.

ABOUT YOU

High ability to manage a team and deliver results
Comfortable leading change and resilient in the face of ambiguity or setbacks
Must be available to work weekends and/or holidays
Independently problem solve and/or make suggestions on how to improve ways of working and drive our digital culture forward
Agility to juggle strategic priorities/projects with daytoday operational logistics.
Helpful, flexible and professional personality.
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, in English, and proficiency in the local language would be an asset.
Full driving license and vehicle is a requirement for this position.
