    Key Responsibilities:

    • Provide top-notch customer support and product retention
    • Utilize negotiation skills to convert returns/cancellation requests into saves
    • Address customer concerns and find solutions to keep them satisfied

    Requirements:

    • Advanced English proficiency
    • 1+ years of experience in a similar position preferred
    • Strong computer skills and typing speed (40+ words per minute)
    • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
