  • Position Summary:
  • Responsible for demand analysis validation creating and validating the master production plan (MPS), according to the installed capacity in the plant and the existence and confirmation of acquisition of the materials, adhering to the parameters established by the corporation
  • Job Responsibilities:
  • Load, Maintain and monitor execution of Master Production Schedule (MPS) in SAP.
  • Balance customer demand, material supply, direct labor required and reserve and require capacity of machinery, test equipment and any equipment required for production.
  • Assure the communication and control with Customer Analyst and Production Area Managers or any other support area required.
  • Responsible to give follow up to whole process from SMT to Final Assembly.
  • Collaborate with launch engineer on product changes and inventory levels to assure mínimal obsolescence.
  • Assure accurate production plan for all programs to optimize resources at all areas involved.
  • Assure and maintain "days on hand" based on service level agreements with customer.
  • Review and update rates with Industrial Engineering at least once every three months, to maintain an accurate production schedule.
  • And other activities assigned by Production Control/MPS Manager.

  • 13 years of related experience.
  • Experience in the automotive industry preferably.
  • Knowledge on inventory tasks (cycle count, audits, customer service).
  • Computer Knowledge.
  • ERP Systems Knowledge.
  • Schedule Availability.
  • Knowledge of IATF 16949 and ISO 14001.
