The associate gathers information from brokers southbound inventory and elaborate customs invoice

  • Follow up to in transit Materials.
  • Upload into I-Xport of raw materials new part numbers according to oracle information
  • Run Daily report of southbound shipments (IN, A1)
  • Monthly INEGI report for finances department
  • Review of southbound pedimentos and payment authorization
  • Annex 24 pedimentos conciliation
  • Generate and administrate Rule eight permits for southbound shipments
  • Controls the HTS assignment in each invoice
  • Keeps track of the changes made regarding USMCA
