Senior Developer Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Developer to join our team at Ottomatik. This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated and experienced professional to work on innovative housing solutions.

The successful candidate will have experience in React and Node.js, with a strong proficiency in English and technical communication. They will be able to work independently and efficiently in a remote environment, collaborating with the team to develop and maintain web applications and services.

Key Responsibilities:

• Work as a senior developer specializing in React (Frontend) and Node.js (Backend).
• Collaborate on developing and maintaining web applications and services.
• Participate in the full development lifecycle, from initial design to deployment and support.
• Contribute to code reviews, and maintain high code quality and documentation standards.

Candidate Requirements:

• At least 4 years of experience with React / Next.js and Node.js.
• Hands-on experience using TypeScript.
• Strong proficiency in English and technical communication.
• Ability to work independently and efficiently in a remote environment.
• Experience working with startups or in fast-paced environments is a plus.
• Must be based in Latin America (South America preferred).

Schedule and Compensation:

This is a full-time remote opportunity, Monday to Friday, between 9 AM and 6 PM EST. The compensation will be paid in USD.
