    Qué esperamos:
    Activities.- Daly Check of the demands coverage to the customer and act accordingly (incl.
    Escalation if needed).
    • Proactive communication with the customer regarding backlog situations orchanges in the production plan.
    • Logistic contact person for the customers.
    • Create once a month the customer evaluation rating.
    • Responsible to get all customer related information.
    • Maintain the information of the customer portals.
    • Respond all the daily promises and deliveries to the customer at their portals.

    A quién buscamos:


    Profile:

    • Studies: Industrial Engineering, business administration or releated
    • Experience: 5 years minimum in a similar position in the Automotive Industry
    • Knowledge: Logistics Chain
    • Languages / required level: Good spoken and written English, German (desirable)
    • Computer programs: Very good IT-knowledge (SAP and MS Office)
