- Proactive communication with the customer regarding backlog situations orchanges in the production plan.
- Logistic contact person for the customers.
- Create once a month the customer evaluation rating.
- Responsible to get all customer related information.
- Maintain the information of the customer portals.
- Respond all the daily promises and deliveries to the customer at their portals.
- Studies: Industrial Engineering, business administration or releated
- Experience: 5 years minimum in a similar position in the Automotive Industry
- Knowledge: Logistics Chain
- Languages / required level: Good spoken and written English, German (desirable)
- Computer programs: Very good IT-knowledge (SAP and MS Office)
