Work closely with the other groups to update and improve the standard for manufacturing as applicable.


Main task:
Manufacturing process knowledge in Structural areas, Responsible for the RCCA to solve problems and investigate defect causes. Tooling definition for manufacture improvement, Create work plan/BOM for new programs and sustaining. Create WOA ́S and rework routines as well as ECR ́s. Projects administration. Good understanding of GD&T concepts and proficiency to elaborate visual aids (IWIs, AVs, etc).


Experiência y requisitosRequirements:
Bachelor's degree in Mechatronic, Mechanical, Aerospace or similar engineering. Experience in metal-mechanic manufacturing processes. Advanced English level both written and oral (70%)

Knowledge:
CATIA, Solumina usage. PDocM System, MS office Excel. Management, Six Sigma, Lean Manufacturing, RCA, ERP. Teamwork, root cause Analysis, strong communication skills, may have external negotiations. Travel available.
