    Fulfillment Manager (II)

    • Works on problems of diverse scope, which require analysis.

    • Exercises judgment within general defined practices for obtaining results

    • Coordinates post startup activities (i.e. data gathering, team resources identification, installation processes distributed, data repository established, etc.)

    • Implements and adapts global processes for revenue global recognition policy in line with local requirements

    • Supports special handling billing functions,

    • Assists vendor/ Sales team with quarter end off line entries

    • Provides customer-facing sales support through the Sales Process and contract lifecycle management:
    - Ensures renewals managed by negotiators are moving towards completion on time
    - Manages contract renewal negotiations directly with the customer for non-targeted contracts, including proper documentation, approvals and data.

    • Manage a virtual team that is created for a short time to address problems with current customers

    • Provides in-depth knowledge of sales support function and project manage similar experts and other disciples to reach solutions.

    • May assist sales and pre-sales team by getting in front of the deals

    • Takes leadership role with the customer in defining project scope, expectation setting and issue resolution.

    • Responsible for serving as the single point of contact for a Customer

    • Use project management skills in all facets of work

    • Maintains issue Control & Follow up

    • Recognizes requirements and opportunities related to Change Control, follows up and pursues

    • 10 – 40 % travel in customer facing role/ project oriented assignments

    • Performs account Data Collection and is capable of analyzing same

    • Leads BU reviews to identify process and system gaps in the Service Order Management Area

    • Completes detailed business & technical requirements

    • Leads system design reviews with NCR IT organizations and with 3rd party vendors


    • Applies detailed knowledge of procedures and concepts of NCR Sales, Supply Chain Management and Vendors processes as well as a in-depth knowledge of the Customer requirements

    • Integrates in-depth understanding of:
    - Sales or Vendors processes
    - Revenue recognition rules
    - Supply Line Management Policies
    - BU bid review process -Manages a team of 5+ professionals
    - Full budget accountability for programs and departments managed
    - May achieve results though other managers
