Job Summary
CIMMYT is seeking an Executive Assistant to provide support to the Chief Engagement Officer (CNO) in overseeing daily operations of the Engagement Chapter.Candidate will assist CNO with administrative matters including maintaining schedule arrangements,
preparing documents, coordinating meetings and travel plans.
This role requires excellent organizational skills,
strong communication abilities,
familiarity with Microsoft Office software and experience working within International Organizations/ NGO sector.
CANDIDATE MUST HAVE ADVANCED LEVEL OF ENGLISH AND BE ABLE TO WORK IN A TEAM ENVIRONMENT WITH SENSE OF URGENCY AND ANALYTICAL SKILLS.
