The Quality Systems Analyst 2 coordinate Quality Initiatives designated to ensure outstanding business performance

Main Responsibilities:

Ensure the integrity of the Quality Management Systems and new QMS initiatives
Works with the different members of the organization for all levels to make sure the improvement are successful implemented
Corrective and Preventive Action responsible to facilitate problem solving. Provide Training and guidance as required
Provide QMS platform administrative support as needed (Doc Control, CAPA, Audits, TRB, NCMR etc)
Validate and support new QMS database within Mexicali Organization
Validate and support new Core Tools database within Mexicali Organization
Support and Coordinate the Sustainability Program in Mexicali Site
Support the implementation of IATF 16949 deployment in Mexicali
Create and maintain the Audit Program and follow up all audit findings
Support and Facilitate Customer Audits as needed

Qualification Required:

Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineer, Administrative Science or related fields
English conversational and written skills.
Internal Auditor ISO 9001 IATF 16949 is a plus.
Experience in Core Tools (Control Plan, MSA, SPC, PPAP, PFMEA).
Experience in RCA (8D, 5 Why's) is a plus

Preferred Experience:

Quality System Management experience.
Knowledge of Quality Systems (ISO 9001, IATF16949)
2 years of Experience in Manufacturing Environment
