We are in position to offer a great job opportunity to work as a
Quality Customer Service Coordinator, based in
Electronics Plant, Apodaca, Nuevo León, México (E-Systems Division).
Your Task will be
- Assure that the customer's metrics being aligned with their expectations and give the follow up to achieve it
- Keep a customer's scorecard in the green range and assure action plans looking the continuous improvement in this metric
- Coordinate the PPAP process and send PSW in the stablished date
- Implement action plants for new programs
- Customer service: attend them when a critical problem is presented
To be successful in this role you will need:
- Bachelor's/ degree in Industrial Engineering or any related field
- Customer service in the Quality area experience
- More than 2 years of experience in the automotive or electronic industry
- VDA 6.3, IATF 16949, IPC 610 knowledge
- English Advanced
