Lean Enterprise Specialist

We are seeking a skilled Lean Enterprise specialist to lead our company's efforts in implementing and maintaining lean principles across the organization.

About the Role:

• This position is responsible for coordinating and leading lean enterprise activities, including process improvements and standard work procedures.
• The ideal candidate will have strong knowledge of lean manufacturing tools, such as value stream mapping, standard work, 5S, problem-solving methodologies (A3, PDCA, DMAIC), and experience driving continuous improvement projects with measurable performance improvements.

The successful candidate will be able to analyze processes using data-driven methodologies and provide solutions that address safety/ergonomic quality cost throughput issues. They should also have excellent communication skills both written oral public speaking presentation skills to facilitate change management within cross-functional teams collaborative environments.
