The Material Planning Jr will define and update supply management parameters including ramp-up to achieve target service levels while reducing stock SIOP Master Production Schedule Ensure quality consistency of key data Lead Time Quantity Stocking policy Manage continuous needs resources balance MRP Kanban for raw material components sub-assemblies Replenishment backlog creation rescheduling manufacturing purchase orders Backorder portfolio shortage take actions insure product availability This position supports Short Interval Management SIM process Schneider Production System SPS requiring daily participation SIM meetings documentation barriers barrier resolution Individual participates operations meetings various functions manufacturing team remotely Works Engineering Manufacturing provide value added lean solutions material flow providing handling Experience SAP Purchasing Production planning Ability look numbers trends data conclusions based finding Fluent English Work peer group leadership infrastructure ensure best practice opportunities delivered Partner influence collaborate communicate enterprise relationships built outside Upstream Supervisor Bachelor Industrial Engineering Supply Chain Logistics Business Operations Engineering Communicate clearly professionally verbally writing Able make independent decisions Proactively seek information training resources needed facilitate continual professional development necessary successful position Independently solve problems make decisions primary strategic tactical issues relevant portfolio projects processes Strong verbal presentation written communications skills complex organization Leadership Proficiency user Microsoft Office
