Responsibilities

Finance Assoc Sr. Analyst

Main Purpose


The Associate Financial Analyst will be responsible for driving financial analysis for the Andean region (Col, Peru and Ecu), through effective collaboration with multifunctional partners.

The scope includes the supervision of Direct Costs (MP, ME and MOD), reporting and presenting forecasts and closings on Direct Costs, with results, analysis and drivers.

The role requires strong communication skills, effective relationship building, a sense of ownership and responsibility, as we have strong analytical acumen.

The Cost Analyst is expected to partner with Financial Planning with other professionals in Mexico, North America, the rest of Latin America, as well as site and regional leadership


Accountabilities

  • Support and drive Andean Region COGS ability to elaborate data bases and useful visualizations
  • Oversee MOH and labor expenses act as owner of the budget and lead teams to understand opportunities, delivering weekly reports tracking the expenses
  • Working across multiple Finance Functions to monthly forecast and the AOP
  • Execute Last Estimates each week and continuos tracking of expenses
  • Develop PowerPoint presentations to communicate business results and insights
  • Support teams with analysis of expenses and identifying productivities
  • Build effective cross departmental relationships supporting shared growth objectives
  • Perform Data Quality Analytics; automatization of processes
  • Collaborate with Finance functions on adhoc projects

Qualifications

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Business or Finance
  • English fluency required
  • Advanced Excel and PowerPoint is required
  • Understand key drivers of the P&L
  • Knowledge in Power Bi and SAP
  • Desirable Skills: Power Query, Tableau, or another data analytics tools
  • Skilled at collaborating across crossfunctional teams and with a multicultural experience
  • Strong communication skills with ability to simplify key messages and provide valuable insights in a compelling way
  • Ability to influence at various levels of the organization and drive the agenda
  • Strong interpersonal skills and proven collaboration/teamwork experience
  • Strong analytical and project management skills
  • Effective time management & prioritization capabilities
  • Ability to work and think independently with limited direction and oversight
