Responsibilities:


  • Manage and update product catalogs and content on our ecommerce site
  • Utilize analytics tools to analyze site traffic and optimize product placement and navigation
  • Work crossfunctionally with marketing, design, and product teams to ensure a cohesive online experience
  • Collaborate with the creative team to develop visual merchandising strategies and asset creation
  • Monitor and report on key performance metrics related to site merchandising and user experience
  • Continuously improve site merchandising strategies based on industry best practices and user feedback

Requirements:


  • Soft Skills:_
  • Excellent organizational and timemanagement skills
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively
  • Positive attitude and team player mentality
  • Technical Skills:_
  • Familiarity with ecommerce and digital marketing principles
  • Experience with site merchandising and content management systems (such as Shopify, Magento, or WooCommerce)
  • Proficiency in Google Analytics or similar web analytics tools
  • Basic understanding of HTML and CSS
  • Mentality:_
  • Proactive and selfmotivated with a willingness to take initiative
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Strong problemsolving skills and ability to think creatively
  • Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and deadlines
