Iberica Restaurants/ LondonIberica Restaurants is looking for an experienced Sous Chef to join our team.
With the expertise and guidance our Executive Chef Nacho Manzano (3 Michelin Stars in Asturias, Spain), we pride ourselves on bringing the best of traditional and contemporary Spanish cuisine to the UK.
Is someone with professional cooking experience, who enjoys working for an independently minded restaurant group.
Has a strong team-working ethos, guest service-minded and with the ability to create and maintain a welcoming and supportive working environment
Eager to work in a fast-paced, quality-focused kitchen that handles fresh ingredients and cooks everything from fresh
Is committed to following our recipes with love and care, always paying attention to details
Displays the right skills and experience for leading, managing, and training a team of chefs.
Can support the Head Chef in managing and controlling all aspects of the kitchen operation, orders, stock takes, H&S and Food Safety compliance.
