Serve as Fi & Client advocate as main point of contact for all non-NPD communications. Purchase Order management, account KPl's, daily/weekly communication, coordination shipments, communicating with clients to ensure overall client satisfaction. Collaborating with various internal departments to ensure client deliverables are identified, understood and addressed. Responsible for overall client satisfaction. High level knowledge of forecasting, demand planning and scheduling related to manufacturing and client service fulfillment requirements.

Involves and informs others in identifying issues, problems, opportunities, and works collaboratively to develop solutions Participates in active listening and seeks to understand the perspectives of clients and team.

Experiência y requisitos

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field. Proven experience in account management with a focus on demand and order fulfillment, preferably in the manufacturing industry. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Proficiency in demand planning and order management software/tools
