Responsabilidades:

The Americas Engineered Materials (EM) Inventory Senior Analyst role is a position within the Americas Controller organization.

This role will work closely with other members of the Finance organization, especially members of FP&A, Plant, and Regional Shared Service teams.

The Senior analyst will be responsible for supporting the largest US based legal entity.

Key Duties & Responsibilities

Perform all related inventory related journal entries, financial flux, key judgments, internal controls, and management reporting on a monthly, quarterly, and annual basis for the U.S. based EM production facilities.
Prepare balance sheet account reconciliations on a monthly, quarterly, and annual basis to be reviewed by Team Lead.
Identify and cultivate productive relationships with business partners and stakeholders.
Prepare key adhoc reporting and analysis requested by senior leadership.
Consistently improve process and functional performance through innovative approaches to challenges.
Identify, solve, and/or escalate accounting issues to Team Lead, where applicable.
Assist with special projects as needed.

Competencias:
Required Education Level

Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance, or related discipline, required
:

CPA or equivalent, strongly preferred
Master's degree, preferred

Required Experience

Minimum 3 years public accounting or private accounting experience, required
:

Inventory accounting experience, required
:

-
Bilingual English/Spanish, required:

Manufacturing experience, strongly preferred.
General ledger accounting, strongly preferred.
