    About the Role

    The C4B Sales Lead will act as a trusted advisor with an executive presence, engaging with North America customers in the banking industry at the C-Suite level to increase the bottom line.

    This role involves strategically identifying technical challenges and proposing incremental business value with our portfolio. Understanding customer business drivers and establishing buy-in at all levels is crucial. Comprehending intricate interdependencies within the customer organization guides the engagement approach.

    Responsibilities

    • A minimum of 8 years of B2B Software Sales experience providing solutions to banks to achieve strategic and transformational initiatives.
    • Several years of selling responsibility with a balance between product & service offerings.
    • An extensive network with C-suites within Banks in the LATAM Region.
    • A consultative selling approach paired with hands-on project experience.
    • Experience managing multiple internal and external stakeholders.
    • Strong Business Acumen paired with Solution Selling skills.
    • Ability to articulate ROI.

    Estimated Salary: $120,000 - $180,000 per annum based on the title, job description, and location.
