We are looking for a highly skilled and motivated Project Manager to lead teams and projects in the technology sector. The ideal candidate will have project management experience, SAP knowledge, strong technical skills, and a proven ability to adapt to dynamic environments. The Project Manager will oversee projects from conception to implementation, ensuring successful delivery in terms of quality, time, and budget.

Experience:

• Proven experience in the technology industry.
  
• At least 2 years of experience in project management.
  
• Knowledge of SAP, with experience in implementation, integration, or managing SAP-related projects (preferred).
  

Responsibilities:

• Plan, execute, and oversee projects from start to finish.
  
• Manage and lead cross-functional teams, ensuring effective collaboration and team motivation.
  
• Use agile methodologies such as Scrum or Kanban to manage projects efficiently (preferred).
  
• Identify and mitigate project risks, developing appropriate risk management strategies.
  
• Communicate effectively with all stakeholders, maintaining transparency and clarity.
  
• Proactively and efficiently resolve problems, maintaining project momentum.
  
• Demonstrate leadership skills, inspiring others to achieve their goals and meet deadlines.
  
• Foster a culture of continuous learning, promoting professional development and training within the team.
  
• Take a strategic approach to align project development and execution with organizational objectives.
  

Requirements

• SAP knowledge (implementation, integration, or management of SAP-related projects).
  
• Intermediate English level (mandatory).
  
• Experience in project management within technology or engineering environments.
  
• Technical proficiency in areas relevant to the project.
  
• Strong verbal and written communication skills in English.
  
• Ability to adapt to rapid changes and evolving priorities.
  
• Ability to lead teams and motivate team members.
  
• Excellent problem-solving skills and decision-making ability under pressure.
  
• Experience in risk management and the ability to anticipate and address potential issues.
  
• Strategic thinking and the ability to see the big picture.
  
• Experience in stakeholder management and building strong relationships with clients and internal teams.
  
• Knowledge and experience in using agile methodologies such as Scrum, Kanban, Lean, etc.(preferred).
