The Cash & Trade Proc Lead Analyst is an intermediate level role responsible for ensuring transactions are processed accurately and on time in coordination with the Transaction Services team.

The overall objective is to serve as a technical authority and advise on directional strategy of their team.


Responsibilities:


  • Provide indepth and sophisticated analysis when defining problems and proposing solutions
  • Serve as technical expert on special projects or assignments for the Cash and Trade Operations team
  • Advise on resource management and allocation of work within the team/project
  • Process complex cash management transactions and tasks with effectiveness, efficiency and according to business requirements
  • Seek out and provide replies to requests for deliverables with internal and external clients and vendors
  • Advise and/or coach new or junior level team members
  • Maintain a comprehensive grasp of how business areas collaborate towards achieving business objectives

Qualifications:


  • 610 years of experience in cash and trade operations in a similar industry
  • Effective verbal and written skills
  • Effective communication and analytical skills

Education:


  • Bachelor's/University degree, Master's degree preferred

Responsibilities:


  • As the Senior Manager of Trade Finance Operations, you will play a pivotal role in overseeing and executing various operational activities related to trade finance products.

Your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Trade Finance Product Operations: Lead a team in efficiently handling trade finance operations, ensuring seamless execution of transactions while adhering to established procedures and compliance guidelines. Provide guidance on complex operational matters and drive continuous process improvement initiatives.
  • Documentation Review: Conduct thorough reviews of trade finance documents, verifying compliance with international norms, including Incoterms, UCP600, and ISP98. Collaborate closely with internal stakeholders and external parties to resolve discrepancies effectively and ensure accurate and timely document processing.

  • Product Knowledge: Possess an indepth understanding of trade finance products, including commercial letters of credit, standby letters of credit, supply chain financing, and factoring. Utilize your expertise to provide guidance and support to clients, while actively identifying opportunities for product enhancement and development.
  • Project Implementation: Leverage your experience with complex project implementation to drive strategic initiatives and enhance operational efficiency. Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to ensure successful implementation, meeting project timelines, and delivering superior results.

Qualifications:


  • Extensive Experience: Proven track record of a successful career in trade finance product operations within the banking industry.
  • 6 to 10 years of experience in a similar capacity, showcasing your ability to handle complex trade finance operations and documentation review.
  • International Norms and

Product Knowledge:

Strong familiarity with international norms and regulations, including Incoterms, UCP600, and ISP9- Comprehensive understanding of trade finance products, specifically commercial letters of credit, stand-by letters of credit, supply chain financing, and factoring.


  • Leadership Skills: Demonstrated leadership abilities in managing and motivating a team, fostering a collaborative and highperformance work environment. Proven experience in driving process improvement initiatives and implementing best practices to enhance operational efficiency.
  • Project Management: Experience in successfully leading complex project implementations, ensuring adherence to project timelines and achieving desired outcomes. Strong problemsolving skills and the ability to navigate through challenges effectively.
  • Educational Background: MBA degree or equivalent qualification in finance, international business, or a related field is preferred.
  • Professional certifications such as Certified Documentary Credit Specialist (CDCS) or Certified Trade Finance Professional (CTFP) would be an added advantage.
