JOB DESCRIPTION
**Analyst

• Real Estate Acquisitions (Remote)**
  ABOUT THE ROLE (DAILY RESPONSIBILITIES)
• Conduct market research and analysis to identify trends and opportunities in the multifamily real estate market
• Underwrite deals using financial modeling (DCF & Proforma)
• Analyze financial data, including rent rolls, operating statements, and property budgets, to assess the performance of real estate properties
• Prepare reports and presentations on market conditions, property performance, and investment opportunities
• Collaborate with the investment team to identify and evaluate potential investment opportunities
• Assist with the due diligence process for potential investments, including the review of legal documents and the coordination of thirdparty reports
• Monitor market conditions and trends to provide ongoing insights and support decision making
• Establish and Maintain relationships with brokers
• Support the negotiation of deals' pipeline

ESSENTIAL SKILLS:

1-3 years of experience in Real Estate Analysis, Financial Analysis or Investments:

• 
  Bachelor's degree in Real Estate, Finance or any related fields

- **Fluent English

• C1 level or better required**:
• Advanced Microsoft Excell Skills
• Experience in Real Estate is a plus, but not required.
• Strong financial analysis skills, including proficiency in financial modeling
• Experience with Real Estate market research and analysis
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
• Remote work experience is a plus
• Reliable, persistent, consistent, hard working
• Coachable/Trainable/Fast Learner
• Selfdirected, Selfdriven, Proactive, accountable

Salary:
