We are looking for talent for a technology company as a Red Team Engineer. You will be responsible for Develop and Maintain Backend Systems: Design, develop, and maintain efficient, reusable, and reliable server-side code. Ensure the best possible performance, quality, and responsiveness of the applications.

Database Management: Design and implement database schemas that represent and support business processes. Ensure data integrity and security.

API Development: Develop robust APIs that serve the front-end application and external clients. Ensure APIs are scalable and secure.

Collaboration and Integration: Work closely with the front-end development team to integrate user-facing elements with server-side logic. Collaborate with project managers, designers, and other engineers to deliver high-quality products.

Performance Tuning: Identify bottlenecks and bugs, and devise solutions to mitigate and address these issues. Optimize applications for maximum speed and scalability.

Proven experience as a Backend Developer or similar role, with a minimum of 5 years of professional experience.

Strong proficiency in backend programming languages (e.g., Python, Ruby, Java, .NET, ).

Experience with database technology (e.g., SQL, NoSQL) and data modeling.

Knowledge of server-side frameworks and technologies.

Strong understanding of the web development cycle and programming techniques.
