    Job Requirement

    • Project Role: Middleware admin
    • Project Role Description: Middleware admin responsible for managing IBM WebSphere and Oracle WebLogic related tasks like patching, deployment, troubleshooting etc. (End to end activities). Should have knowledge of Linux. Any cloud certification is an added advantage.
    • Work Experience: 4 - 7 years.
    • Work Location: Chennai
    • Shift - Day shift as per EST (Night shift as per IST)

    Technical Expertise

    Must Have Skills:
    • IBM WebSphere application server.
    • IBM MQ (Message Queue)
    • Oracle WebLogic server
    • Linux commands
    • Able to multitask, prioritize, and manage time efficiently.
    • Experience designing / maintaining / tuning high-performance systems to ensure optimal performance.
    • The right candidate will have good communication skills and an ability to work well with multiple teams.
    • A good sense of humor, a desire to make things better and an appreciation of challenges will help you succeed in this position.
    • Bachelor's in Computer Science, related field or equivalent work experience.
    • Additionally, the candidate should be vendor and product agnostic and could adapt and absorb new and emerging standards in the IT industry.
    • Innovation and thought leadership are critical success factors for this position. The candidate should not just be able to think of new and great ideas, but also be able to communicate them effectively, and follow through with execution.
    • Ability to work for extended hours during peak business times, especially during Christmas, Valentine's, and Mother's Day Holidays.
    • Ability to work for extended hours during production deployments and crucial project phases.
    • Ability to transcend time-zones to effectively interface with offsite and offshore development teams.
    Good To Have Skills:
    • Any cloud certification

    Educational Qualification:

    • Bachelor's degree in computer science or a related field
    • Understanding of cloud security best practices
    • Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
    • Strong communication and collaboration skills
    • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
    • Willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies and practices.
