Analyst Responsibilities:
Drive weekly UAC calls lead by CashImplement RCCA to drive same day auto application Drive linearity between Cash and C2C for immediate application Coordinate with customers directly to ensure remittances are sent and automated Review parent and link within HRC Collect and submit remittance via penny batch and ensure applied Request format changes or logic changes in HRC Liaison with C2C / CTX - RCCA to eliminate delays for missing invoices Provide C2C training for self-service of SAP, JIRA, and HRCPulse Hold weekly pulse meetings with C2C to review progress and shortfalls Discuss obstacles and next steps Requirements: Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or general business major preferred 1 years' experience in O2C, C2C, cash applications, or related field Knowledge of accounts receivable concepts and procedures Strong communication skills Initiative, follow-up, and tenacity High level of accuracy Experience with Word and

Excel Preferred Skills:
