Engineering Manager focused on Automotive electro-mechanical.

Our Team

As a Leader of an engineering team, you will work closely with our Business Unit product owners to resource and execute approved product transfers and launches into our Guadalajara operations.

What You Will Do
Continuously evaluate processes and procedures to identify areas for improvement and implement changes to increase efficiency and productivity. Look for, and drive VA/VE opportunities. Be an advocate for our _Principled Based Management culture_ within the team.

Who You Are (Basic Qualifications)

Bachelor's degree or higher in a Technical field
5+ Years managing, mentoring, leading a technical team.
Strong knowledge of automotive electromechanical products.
Strong knowledge of AQP methods.
Ability to successfully champion ideas, solutions, and raise issues across the organization.
Excellent written, verbal and listening skills for effective communication and understanding, as well as strong organizational skills.
Excellent problemsolving skills.
Strong English speaking/written skills.

What Will Put You Ahead

Extensive experience / knowledge within the automotive industry, ideally in a manufacturing environment.
Proven team leadership experience, global teams preferred.
A curious mind with an interest in technology, change leadership, and working across a global organization.
