Responsibilities:_

Provide track and trace updates for the loads.
Entering, updating, and processing customer orders on various interfaces.
Ensure & confirm pickup and delivery appointments for drivers.
Making sure the drivers are on time for their destinations and if there is any situation this must be communicated with the scalation team.

Requirements:_

Very good English skills. C1 or higher is preferred.
College diploma or university degree.
Previous logistics and customer service experience is an asset.
Ability to solve problems and alleviate conflicts or escalate tactfully.
Strong time management with an ability to prioritize and multitask.
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, and Outlook) and aptitude to learn new software and systems.
