Your Responsibilities_**:
This role gives YOU the opportunity to lead key activities to progress YOUR career, the main of these are:

  • Ensure timely and quality delivery of Technology re-design in each country as a part of Global Payroll Transformation project including:
  • Asis landscape analysis in close cooperation with Local IT and identification all technology elements impacted by the Project. Agree way forward in line with GSK policies, ITMS, SMART controls and payroll transformation guidelines
  • Cooperate with vendors (current payroll system/service vendor and new service vendor) to ensure technical requirements are well described, understood, agreed and signed off both by GSK and the vendors, making sure no impediments between GSK Tech infrastructure and vendor technology landscape
  • Own data management activities: agreeing with current vendor/future vendor the scope, format, timelines for data to be transferred, prepare tools for the transfer, test and run the transfer, reconciliation and sample checks: data cleansing
  • Own system/data retention activates (if not all migrated to new vendor), local and other (old payroll system for instance if applicable) systems decommissioning
  • Write test scripts for End to End testing, conduct all Tech related testing, conduct defects fixing
  • Closely cooperate with Business Lead to ensure that technical changes are synchronized with payroll processes transformation
  • Escalate any deviations and propose solutions to Global Technology Delivery Lead
  • Manage technology related change requests
  • Prepare technology related documentation and knowledge management

Basic Qualifications:


  • University Degree in a Computer Science, Systems Engineering, or related careers
  • 3+ years of experience in Global HRIS/ Tech Transformation projects experience (global payroll transformation preferred) including data migration and testing
  • Experience in testing software usage
  • Advanced English Level.
  • Experience working with Office, Outlook, Teams

Preferred Qualifications:


  • Project management certification
  • Experience in IT Documentation framework and with Human Capital Management system (oracle, Workday )
