Must be recognized as a technical expert within their function, or manager through subordinate managers of multiple teams of professionals.

Develops innovative solutions to very complex issues and acts as best practice/quality expert within and outside own discipline.

May require commercial awareness and is expected to significantly influence the development of strategies for the area of technical support such as Maintenance, Testing and Process Engineering.

Demonstrable expertise in programming and troubleshooting PLCs, HMIs, Labview, and TestStand, alongside proficiency in electromechanical processes, particularly in diagnosing faults through PLC programs.

Ability to interpret electrical diagrams, with a preference for experience in the electronic automotive sector.

Proficient in managing communication protocols such as Modbus, Ethernet, IP, and Profibus, with knowledge of electronic and pneumatic instrument diagrams.

Familiarity with frequency converters and their application in both DC and AC motors. Previous involvement with 6-axis robots is advantageous.

Qualifications and skills
