Vp; Balance Sheet Management Lead Analyst, Latam - Ciudad de México - Citi

Responsibilities:
- Ensure seamless periodic and adhoc interaction with business teams to provide efficient support for all matters that require expertise and inputs from the Business Treasury function.
- Provide analytical support, both quantitative and qualitative, regarding key focus areas under the Balance Sheet Diagnostic framework covering net interest margin, return on RWA and TCE, deposits LCR value and impact of regulatory developments
- Monitor Latam ICG Deposits targets; make active contribution to the work done by New York Business Treasury to ensure that both EOP and AVG deposits volumes remain on target.
- Crossfunctional support across the broader Citi Treasury organization, especially to Latam Legal Entity Treasury and NY Business Treasury and ALM teams, for implementation of rules of the road for priority balance sheet management tasks and their timely execution
- Contribute to the annual Planning and CCAR processes, especially focusing on Balance Sheet, NIR, NIM and Returns forecasting.
- Support countries in managing regularly the Balance Sheet for Latam Region by maintaining a Regional Treasury data base with key information on Balance sheet, P&L and Risk for each Country. Work with the team to lead Regional ALCO process, supporting Regional Treasurer and presenting key Treasury issues related to Regional Balance Sheet.
- Lead regional implementation and provide support to countries on any Balance Sheet costing initiatives and returns focus
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Finance or Accounting or related field preferred,
- 610 years of experience in Finance
- Must have advanced analytical skills but also the ability to see the big picture
- Exercises proven Power Point and Excel skills
- Ability to multitask in a fastpaced environment Ability to interact with all levels of management Must be a team player
Education:
- Bachelors degree, potentially Masters degree
- English advanced
- Portuguese is a plus
