    The Manager - Content FP&A will be a central role within the Global Content Finance team. This position is responsible for assisting in the consolidation and reconciliation of WBD content cash outflows, key global content spend metrics, and all intercompany content eliminations. The Manager will also assist in the monthly close process and other core planning and analysis work for US Networks.

    Job Responsibilities

    Assist in requesting, collecting, managing, and prepping content cash forecast files received from business units 20%
    Manage preparation of automated cash file and work with Global Enterprise Analytics team to ensure that data is loaded correctly into PowerBI 10%

    Review and confirm all reporting is correct and consistent across consolidated cash file 10%

    Field requests from the BU teams related to content cash 5%

    Consolidate and review intercompany eliminations files from business units 5%

    Lead effort to consolidate key content spend metrics across WBD 10%

    Consolidate and prepare US Networks monthly content deliverables 5%

    Gather and summarize variance explanations (monthly, quarterly & FY) from network teams 5%

    Prepare US Nets monthly cash, Output Deal, and intercompany licensing forecasts 15%

    Assist in preparing annual budget and long-range plan for US Networks 5%

    Assist in ad-hoc modeling, reporting, and deliverables 5%

    Assist in all process improvement initiatives 5%

    Work Experience

    5-7 Years of Finance/Accounting experience or other relevant experience

    Education, Professional Training, Technical Training or Certification

    Bachelors degree in accounting, business, or relevant field

    Knowledge/Skills

    • Strong analytic, financial modeling and critical thinking skills
    • Advanced Microsoft Excel skills
    • Strong work ethic and follow-through
    • Ability to work well under pressure
    • Strong attention to detail and ability to manage tight deadlines across multiple time zones
    • Flexible and able to take on new challenges as they arise
    • Excellent interpersonal skills – Ability to work well and communicate effectively in a cross functional, matrix environment
    • EPM and SAP skills a plus
