Reservations and Customer Service Agent for a Private Travel Agency Exclusive for Members


Position Overview:


We are seeking a highly motivated and passionate individual to join our private travel agency as a Reservations and Customer Service Agent.

As a member-exclusive agency, our aim is to provide exceptional travel experiences to our esteemed clientele.

The primary responsibilities of this role include handling travel inquiries, making reservations, providing outstanding customer service, and ensuring the smooth execution of travel plans for our members.


Responsibilities:


Making reservations:
Secure reservations for flights, accommodations, transportation, and any other necessary travel arrangements according to member's requirements. Coordinate with airlines, hotels, car rental agencies, and other service providers to ensure accurate bookings.

Customized trip planning:
Collaborate with members to create tailor-made itineraries based on their preferences and desired experiences. Research popular destinations, attractions, and activities to provide comprehensive travel recommendations that meet member's expectations.

Providing exceptional customer service:
Build and maintain strong relationships with members by delivering top-notch customer service throughout their travel experiences. Address any concerns, resolve disputes, and handle complaints in a timely and professional manner.

Managing travel logistics:
Coordinate and confirm travel details such as flight schedules, hotel check-ins, ground transportation, and special requests. Stay updated with any changes or disruptions in travel itineraries and promptly communicate them to the members.

Maintaining accurate records:
Input and update member information, travel preferences, and reservation details in the agency's database diligently. Ensure all documentation and records are properly maintained to facilitate efficient operations and future reference.


Requirements:


  • High school diploma or equivalent educational qualification. A degree in hospitality, tourism, or a related field is preferred.
  • Proven customer service experience, preferably in reservations or travelrelated roles.
  • Knowledge of domestic and international travel destinations, popular attractions, and travel logistics.
  • Familiarity with airline reservation systems, hotel booking platforms, and other industryspecific software.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a customercentric approach.
  • Ability to multitask, work under pressure, and meet tight
