Role purposeImplement and manage the CRM as well as the commercial tools analysis.

Responsible for the overall direction, coordination, implementation, execution, control and completion of specific projects in Commercial Excellence ensuring consistency with company strategy and goals.

Forecast management: analysis, development and implementation of tools to improve forecast assertivenessImplementation and management project changes and interventions to achieve project outputConstantly monitor and report on progress of the project to all stakeholdersClient portfolio contribution margin monitoringCompliance with Commercial indicators and KPI's
