Job Summary
Promotes and sells DHL services to meet sales targets and generate revenue in the Retail Stores. Responds to customer needs and requirements with the appropriate DHL services. Maintains a high-level of customer service in the Retail Stores and leverages relationships to expand this channel. Monitors and reviews sales and services activities and makes adjustments to processes and strategies as needed.


Key Responsibilities:


  • Promotes and maintains the great service to the clients, aligned with DHL Strategy and procedures.
  • Promotes DHL services and products according with the Retail Channel.
  • Assures the best attention and service to the clients, by the elaboration of plans and methods of supervision of stores and the personnel, looking for the operative procedures and protocols of attention to clients are strictly respected, increasing the sales and generating the loyalty and identification of the clients to DHL.
  • Monitors and reviews the sales results (General / individual Stores), manages, and implements actions plans to increase the revenue.
  • Analyzes the results of sales of diverse products in the stores, elaborates plans and participates in projects to increase these sales, raise action plans to improve the counter systems (cash handling, handling of income).
  • Collaborates with all the investigations of the security topics.
  • Participates in the design and the logistics to open new stores,
  • Closely collaborates with the Department of Security in order to exert a control on the performance and the security in the stores.
  • Develops effective communication channels between his personnel superiors and other areas, in order to establish suitable feedback.
  • Monitors and reviews daily results by product, Finance Reports follow up to ensure all the issues (sales and bank topics).
  • Analyzes the daily results of sales of diverse products, follow up to the financial reports to ensure all incomes sales are deposited in banks on time.
  • Visits stores to ensure all operational processes are correctly applied.

Skills & Qualifications:


  • Education: Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, Finance, Bachelor ́s Degree, or equivalent.
  • Master or Postgraduate studies desirable.
